Adv. Mrs. Pranita Adwait Deshpande

Adv. Pranita Deshpande currently lives in the beautiful country of The
Netherlands in Europe. Pranita has been raising awareness through
various media such as radio, TV, newspapers etc.
Pranita's work as a lawyer has been appreciable. Though Pranita has not
been in The Netherlands for a long time, she has become a part of people's lives there.
She moved there with her 4-year-old son Ansh and her husband Adwait
Deshpande, a project manager at APM Terminals (A part of Maersk Line
Shipping company) in 2017. Even while residing in a foreign country, it is important to note that she does not forget her motherland.
Pranita is originally from Akola in Vidarbha.
She received the B.S.L.LL.B. degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University
(BAMU) in 2008.
During her studies, Pranita worked at ICICI Bank, Aurangabad. After
graduation, she worked with Sharekhan as a legal advisor at Lower Parel,Mumbai, and after her marriage, worked with MD India Healthcare Services(TPA) in Pune Maharashtra India. She handled various legal matters such as agreements, company incorporation and registration, lease
agreements, conventions, wills, affidavits, domestic violence cases and issues related to female violence in the district court of Akola, Jalna and Aurangabad and High Court, at Aurangabad. She gained 9 + years of legal experience in multiple legal domains across India.
She was appointed as a Jalna District Vice President.
She came to The Netherlands in 2017. Pranita‘s hardworking nature kept her active in the new country.
Pranita has been a Trustee of the Foundation for Critical Choice for India (FCCI) in The Netherlands since February 2018. She was promoted to the post of ’Director of Youth Affairs and Joint Secretary‘ and now she is a
Director of International Affairs .
Pranita's 1st book ’Bharatatil Mahilanche Swatantra ani Suraksha ‘in the Marathi language was published by Maharashtra Chief Minister Hon. Shri.Uddhavsaheb Thackeray.
Her articles on cultural, traditional, social, legal and especially Indian
festivals celebrated in The Netherlands have been published in Indian newspapers such as Lokmat Times, Sakal, Lokshahi Varta, Maharashtra
Dinman, Free Press Journal, Tarun Bharat and in various online portals
and magazines.
Pranita is working effectively on various projects. Promoting the common interest relations of Dutch and Indian culture in local communities. She is also a Freelance Writer with the Free Press Journal Mumbai Newspaper for Europe Area and a Special correspondent at ’Lokshahi Varta‘ Newspaper in Nagpur, Maharashtra India (For The Netherlands).
Her Second book on ”Be Your Own Sparkle". She handed over a copy to Hon.Ex-President of India Pratibha Tai Patil, Hon.Mrs. Supriya Tai Sule at Pune on 11th Jan 2021. She was awarded by The Netherlands India Association for Excellence International Media Award for Journalism in December 2021 and also
Awarded by Thane Municipal Corporation, Mumbai for Women Empowerment in the category of social work on 14 March 2020. And Awarded from Apurva Production, Mumbai for the Social Work category
on dated 4th January 2020. From September 2022 to July 2023, she served as a Program Officer at the
Gandhi Centre, Embassy of India. Presently, she is employed at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in
The Hague.
